FreshBooks, an online invoice management service based in Canada, has now got a Time Tracking iPhone app that lets users track time against projects and tasks, manage notes for an entry, and edit the time itself by clicking on the clock.

The time tracking app could run in the background without bothering you and you can keep track of the time even while being offline. All the data is fed to the FreshBook web server once you get online again.
